Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) w/ DAN DFA Pro

Emergency Medical Responders provide immediate lifesaving care to critical patients. EMRs have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide immediate lifesaving interventions while awaiting additional EMS resources to arrive.

This is the most complete emergency medical training available without attending an EMT or Paramedic program. Trilogy’s experienced staff of Paramedics and Dive Medical Technicians (DMT) provide instruction in the classroom, skills labs, and patient scenarios while you learn these lifesaving skills. Trilogy includes the Divers Alert Network (DAN) DFA Pro certification to provide well rounded training for all that participate in the certification course.

This certification course will benefit anyone that is interested in learning lifesaving skills. These skills can be utilized at home, work, urban, rural, and just about anywhere. Personnel that should consider taking this course includes lifeguards, divers, Divemasters, Scuba Instructors, security personnel, boat captains, and anyone that may find themselves in an emergency situation.

To prepare our graduates for real world medical emergencies you have the option of training with local EMS agencies. These ride alongs are optional but highly recommended. It will allow you to participate as a member of an emergency response team and provide real time patient care. There is no additional cost for this training but will require a uniform.

The Trilogy EMR course is approved by the State of Florida Bureau of EMS. Course graduates are eligible to sit for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) EMR Certification. This is the entry level EMS certification that is recognized nationally.

The classes will meet evenings and weekends for 3 weeks. Upon successful completion of the classroom training you will be able to schedule your optional training. You will also be eligible to take the NREMT EMR Certification test. Testing fees to NREMT are NOT included in course fees.
