Who is this course for:

• All public safety personnel with water in their jurisdiction.

What you can expect to learn:

• Fundamentals of water rescue
• Types of PFDs
• Water rescue skills.
• Holds and releases for water rescue.

Surface water rescue is a fundamental skill set for all public safety personnel. In this course you will learn the skills needed to perform water rescues. The student will participate in classroom and pool training.
